I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Casey's (Columbia, MO) in Sep 2016
Interview
It was with the Area and District supervisors and it was very laid back. There were very few questions but that is because I was moving up from within the company. So just the basics and then they will wait for your background check to come in and then let you know if have received the position or not. It is easier to move up into the position than to be hired from outside the company, they most always choose someone from within. Just be yourself and you will be golden.
The interview process was a waste of time. They waited until my scheduled time, after I had already logged in to do my virtual interview, to tell me that the role was filled the day prior. This was very poor practice and has left an extremely negetive taste in my mouth when I think about this company as a whole.
There isn't much of an interview process. You chit chat with the manager and basically get told you're hired. They do on site hiring so it's kinda pointless in having interviews.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Casey's in Sep 2020
Interview
2 round interview, 1 st was with the District Manager, second was with the District and Regional Manager.Simple questions, direct nothing tricky, it was more of a get to know you type of interview, wanted to know my hobbies, etc, What I felt was the leading take away from customer complaints.
