Interview
I was interviewed on Friday over the phone by the hiring manager and then by two of my colleagues. It seemed like a great match and so they made me an offer on Monday.
I did not have to participate in a programming evaluation, however that is now common practice at this company. It is a stand-up oral examination with the hiring manager.

I had an introductory 30 minute interview with the Deputy Chief Technology Officer. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of my questions. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about Java Technology (J2EE) RESTful APIs and big data.
