Celonis Associate Solutions Engineer interview questions

The interview process was uncomplicated and timely. It was composed of 3 parts: 1. HR interview We talked about my background, knowledge about the company and expectations. It was more about the personal fit. 2. Case interview You receive an online case 1-2 weeks before the interview, where you get the chance to use the software for the first time. You build a business case and pitch it in front of 3 managers. Afterwards, you have to answer questions related to the case. If you prepare well, you don't have to worry about the case interview. It is actually very interesting and fun to use the software beforehand. 3. Reference check At the end, they ask you to provide 4 references to check your background. All in all the interview process went well and the HR team was always available for questions.
