The interview process was pretty straight forward. What I liked is that I spent 3 hours with my hiring manager, getting to know him/her while he/she was able to get to know me. We spent more than an hour reviewing one deal. a lot of prep was put into that meeting. Most other interviews I've been having I'd only spend 30-45 minutes with the hiring manager and others on the team. That just isn't enough time to allow you to get to know your hiring manager.

My interview experience was straightforward and well-organized, and the team was fantastic to work with. Amanda, in particular, stood out for her open and consistent communication throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. The process took about three weeks and included an initial interview with the recruiter, a manager interview, a sales mock pitch, and a final interview with the VP of Sales. Overall, it was a positive and professional experience!
