Typical behavioural interview but none of the teams know what's happening and gave conflicting information - sounded like there's no internal structure for projects. Recruiter was also rudie and lied about how and when he contacted me, didn't bother to tell me offer timelines and turned down ability to negotiate offer.

Applied online and was contacted about a week later for a screening call. The screening call went well (was what I would expect), and I was very impressed with the recruiter's knowledge of the position. Salary was discussed. I was assured that I would hear back one way or another within a week, "the candidate experience is extremely important to us and we always close the loop" and then never heard back. Two emails were never replied to. I am fairly bitter that the recruiter went out of her way to say I would be contacted, that this was important to them, and then I never heard back from them and they did not reply to a follow-up email.
