Where to begin. Firstly, you are paid significantly under market for what you are responsible for. With a salary range between 50-55K, you will be shouldering 70-75K’s worth of responsibility. There are frequent bait and switches. You will be hired for a job and then bounced to a different team for a different job and so on. You will be promised a moderate workload only to be forced into overtime and given the task of 2-4 other people as there are always team members quitting. The training style is insane. They rapid fire several textbook’s worth of information at you, with no human involvement, and leave you on your own to navigate their 80 apps they use for “on-boarding”. This is a HIGH stress HIGH intensity environment from day 1. AVOID!!!!
