Pros

Health benefits were pretty good.

Cons

As a developer, there is no way you will EVER do new development. You would end up being a maintenance monkey while all development is farmed out to contract houses.

Pros

The best thing is that you get flexible hours if you work in IT. You are able to take days off here and there as long as there is no conflict in schedules and you make up for the days in the future. Also, you have a lot of freedom as in deciding on the type of tools that you use in a project. The supervisor would listen to you and value your opinions. Also, they will pay for any relevant courses that you take. This and also the flexible schedules make it easy to grow yourself while you work there.

Cons

Growth in the company is limited and not a lot of variations among the IT projects. This is common to most of the companies who don't sell "IT" as their products, so it is understandable. You work there to improve their IT infrastructure and IT solutions, and that is pretty much it. Other than that, you also work for bosses who are not in your field and therefore a lot of times they don't really value what your contribution is for the company. This translates to the lack of growth in compensation and benefits usually. Also, it makes it harder to communicate with them about your vision and etc.

Pros

Lash Group is a small healthcare consulting firm, owned by Amerisource Bergin. The consulting practice centers around insurance reimbursement consulting for big pharma clients, and it is not very stimulating work. Additionally, they manage patient assistance programs for big pharma. These programs help low-income people access medication that they cannot afford, by passing an asset test and filling out lots of paperwork. Most customer service reps that work here are moderately skilled, the positions are hourly, and consequently attract an low hourly-pay skill set. ($13-$20). The company is split between consulting and operations, and while each client has a dedicated consultant to keep ops abreast of client interactions, the two groups don't interact much, except at upper management levels.

Cons

Downsides before I left had more to do with a direct senior manager, who has since been fired. Overall, this company does promote quickly from within if you have good skills. overall training and staff development is driven more by specific team (teams are organized around pharma clients) then the company overall, so there is a lot of variability in the training experience.
