There was a short HR screener, hour long portfolio walkthrough with hiring manager, and a team panel interview. I’m not sure what is after that because I was completely ghosted.
The round with the hiring manager was awesome. She seemed like a great leader and I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation. However the panel interview was a different story. It was with three team members and HR employee explained that it would be a conversation and they would share some of the initiatives they were looking for.
In actuality, I was immediately asked to present, no questions about me were asked, and everyone seemed uninterested and awkward. Two of the members were 3 minutes late and the third with 5 minutes late. It was clear at least one of them was working instead of paying attention. I thought it went well, I was answering their questions thoughtfully and in a similar manner to how I did with the hiring manager.
Followed up a couple times with the HR employee, and still haven’t heard back 2 months later. Probably dodged a bullet.
