Interview
3 rounds of interviews. First was just a HR recruiter phone screening. Second was a video call with hiring manager and a supervisor where they asked about work history and behavioral questions. When invited to the third interview, was asked to pick one of four PM-related situational scenarios that were and to put together a short presentation on how to approach the scenario and provide a resolution. This was presented during the third video conference interview among a panel of 6 people where they then questioned how and why I got to the conclusions presented - there were not necessarily any wrong answers, just needed to take a PMP approach to the scenario chosen, The panel was intimidating at first but everyone was incredibly friendly .

I had FIVE interviews with the company, then I did not hear from them for over a week. I reached out to the HR contacts stating I was still interested but did not hear back until a few days later when they sent me an automated email on a Saturday afternoon they were pursuing other candidates.
