1) Phone interview with HR Manager. Basic questions, non-role related.
2) 2nd round Phone with HR Manager - more role-specific questions, but since HR person not familiar with day-to-day activities, not too in depth
3) Phone with Hiring Manager - Manager was not familiar with my resume, and tried to solicit me for a different position I did not apply for. Mid interview, emailed her my resume and supplemental material.
4) Face to face with Director - Very short (<10 mins). My impression is she wanted to get a personal impression of me.
