Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Both interviews seemed to focus more on the candidate's ability to motivate a business owner to make necessary changes to their business and less on actual experience in pharmacy.
Was contacted by a recruiter who found my resume online. Applied. Interviewed multiple times with 6-7 people. Was told I did great and was moving on in the process. Then two weeks go by and I hear nothing. Finally contact several recruiters and get a generic email response "thanks but we're moving on with other candidates". Called the hiring manager directly who told me they didn't feel I had enough medical background! Never listed anything medical on my resume or insinuated that I was a medical professional. Wasted two months of my time with them for nothing!
