The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cencora (San Bruno, CA) in Nov 2008
Interview
This was an internal interview. Summing up previous interviews for a promoted position I can tell you that each one has been different. It is not a standardized process and could definitely be improved (one phase of the interview was done over the phone - not very professional in my opinion.
The date stated for a final decision was not met, in fact, it extended to almost double the waiting period with no updates. Again, not very professional. Interview questions were well positioned, one of the few pluses I can give to the process.

Question 1
Give me one word your previous supervisors would use to describe you? One word your peers would use to describe you? One word you would use to describe yourself?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Cencora
Interview
Awful experience, incredibly unprofessional group.
After 3 interviews, spanning over the course of a month, I was told last minute that the final interview would need to be rescheduled due to an "urgent client matter".
Despite multiple follow-ups, the team never bothered to reschedule, let alone respond to any of the check-ins.
Cencora should be ashamed of themselves - ghosting candidates is an unacceptable practice.

Discussed previous experience and hypothetical situations
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cencora (Frisco, TX) in Mar 2014
Interview
Interviewed by several different groups. Extensive use of Motivation Interviewing technique. Any individual interviewing at Lash should get list of potential questions and be prepared. There is always a panel style interview and most are conducted by phone.
