Long stretched out process. There was a phone interview, 2 in person interviews and another phone interview after. Super large and complex company and they try in every way to emphasis that as well. When you go in for an interview, you sit in the waiting room with 5-6 other candidates for the same job you’re interviewing for (awkward). This isn’t the 90s anymore. I’ve gone through the interview process for 3 positions. They are not very respectful about the candidates time because they are so large. On 2 occasions the interview time went over time and they did not even ask if you were okay with going over. Interviewed in Conshohoken.

Phone screening, and then 3 virtual interviews with the second one being a panel interview. Lots of questions were about the candidates understanding of the organization, and how the values aligned.
