Phone interview first, then in person interview. Thought both went great but never heard back, after being told I would hear by the end of the week. Was ghosted. Even reached out to 2 people from HR and the people I met with and I never heard anything, not even a no. So unprofessional and rude.

I was contacted by a recruiter and asked for times/availability for a phone screen then ghosted. I Followed up to further express interest and no response. It's commonplace for recruiters to go silent, but ultimately reflects poorly on the organization as whole. I Most likely dodged a bullet.
