I applied online, recruiter reached out within a couple weeks to schedule a phone screen, after that, they reached out for an initial in person interview. I met with 3 people for a half hour each, going over my background, typical interview stuff. Found out a week later I made it to a 2nd round panel interview with 2 directors. That also was fairly typical, with behavioral and situational questions. Up until this point, the recruiting process was great, they were quick to respond to emails, very open and honest about the position and the company as whole. It's been over 3 weeks and I haven't heard from them. No offer, no rejection, just silence. Very frustrating, wouldn't recommend.
