Applied online, got a call within a few weeks from a recruiter to set an interview. Interviewed with two managers. Both followed a questionnaire like "If, what would you do" "How do you feel about..." "Have you ever, if so how was it resolved..." type questions .... got a call for the job a week later .... lasted about 30min

You will have a Panel interview with 3 people. Each person will ask questions pertaining to the roll of the position and each person will document your response. You will have to give your experience and provide examples of how you solved problems and what was the outcome.

There was only 1 interview with basic situation/behavioral questions. It was very easy and the interviewer was very nice. This process has since changed and you can interview with several people or a panel.
