Forwarded my resume to a recruiter within the company out of interest; received a lengthy assessment via email the next business day. Took assessment, received email stating that I passed, and that when a position became available, I would receive a call for an interview. After the holidays, I received an email regarding the Patient Case Coordinator role. I applied for that specific position online, and received a call to come in and interview in early January. Arrived early for my late afternoon interview and was impressed by the modern and secure facilities. Met with a project manager who took me to a small office to interview me. Interview took about 30 minutes-she asked me about 6 situational questions; ie-name a time you dealt with a difficult customer, tell me about a time you worked as a team. If you have done call center work, the questions should not be difficult. I got home and found that during my drive back to my house, HR had called and left me a message. I returned their call and was told they wanted to extend me an offer. AS the pay was above average for the role, and I liked what I saw on site, I readily accepted.
