Simple, no games: do you mind data entry? Can you take calls? This is a team, can you work in a team? I originally had this job as a temp; if you work as a temp, it will be up to a year before you get an official offer. I am 25, started when I was 23....I think.

Interview
The process was very straight forward, no games with puzzle questions to test you. I was shown around and introduced to the team along with any supervisors. Everyone was very professional and the interview went very smoothly.

As always where do you want to be in 10 years, this day & age I don't even know where I will be nobody wants to hire!
so I hate this question, although I answer it as if it was a direct hire job.
This was a phone interview in where I was asked my last salary and right after that I was told how much they would pay me. They told me it would be by the hour. The person was calling from another state far from the location I was applying for. After that I was contacted by another person out of state asking me to meet the actual person for interview in my area. The pay was below the max said here on glassdoor.
