I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cencora (San Bruno, CA) in Aug 2014
Interview
The process was more frustrating than it needs to be! It took me 4 days of repeated calls to NC to some HR person to get a CONFIRMATION for an interview that they turned around and cancelled the next day! Very disorganized HR. . .use LOTS of recruiters. The day of my actual interview the employees I met in San Bruno were all very professional. The interviewers were kind enough to give me a time line when some sort of decision would be made. . .and they stuck to it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Cencora (Frisco, TX) in Jul 2015
Interview
It was a phone screening, then a 1:1 interview with the hiring managers in which one was not there and the other one was late to start due to prior interview ran over.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They don't ask normal questions like your strengths and weaknesses. They ask questions like, tell me a time you had an issue with your coworkers and how did you handle or resolved the issue?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cencora in Jan 2014
Interview
Start online. HR sets up 1:1 interviews. Actual interview depends on interviewer. Three relaxed interviews and one very formal one. Three local and one flew in from another office. Hardest one was from other office. All interviews done by management. The whole process moves pretty quickly and the interviewers were friendly but did not waste time.
