I was contacted the day after I applied online via phone. We scheduled a date and time for my phone screen with a Sr. Recruiter. The day and time came and went. I followed up with the Recruitment Coordinator and she said she would follow up with the Sr. Recruiter. I never heard back. I thought it was very unprofessional and showed they do not care about their candidates.

I was contacted very quickly after applying by the recruiter, they were great and we had a good conversation. I was then connected pretty quickly with the HM and had a great conversation. I was told I would hear about next steps shortly after that, and then I never heard anything again...this was over a month ago. Not even a rejection, I hate being left in the dark during the interview process
