I was referred by an employee. Had a conversation with an HR rep over the phone in November. We set up an interview in January. I interviewed with 3 people, all of which were very relaxed and easy. No behavioral questions, just simple questions about your resume. Did not officially hear back until March.

It was pretty easy. I had an appointment and went. We went through the normal interview process. Nothing too difficult. They explained that they liked who I was and was willing to take a chance on me. We walked through the building for a mini tour, met some of the managers and I started at the beginning of the next month.

Searched online and applied. Got a call back from a recruiter about a week after applying. After one or two phone interviews, they brought me in for a 45 minute in-person interview with two managers. Typical interview questions ranging from behavioral and prior experience.
