Straight to the point. The company has to make its own strong first impression. Good attitude, knowledgeable, being a team player, are good points to use. Being positive, sharing past experiences with employers of challenges you’ve faced and what tools and resources helped you overcome those challenges. Being organized and knowing how to multitask are also good points during the process. Being true to yourself.
