The first step was a phone interview which HR which was great. Very friendly. Tested language skills and asked about salary expectations, walked through resume. Next step was a video interview with the hiring leader. The person was late and when they joined they were flustered and kept saying how busy they were. I asked about next steps and was told they had to see 1 more candidate the next day and would be making a decision right away because they needed someone really bad. I sent a thank you note for the interview via email right after the interview and then I waited 3-4 days and sent a nice follow-up email just checking in to find out where they were at. A month later and I am still waiting to hear back. On their website, my application still shows as pending. Overall I would say they are disorganized.
