The interview questions were real world questions that make you think and provide examples and how your experience relates. After applying I had an interview a week later. Within 2 weeks I had an offer and started about a week later

Describe a time you had to think outside the box for a solution outside of your scope?
Interview was smooth it started with a 15 minutes phone call with the HR and now i will be having a 45 minutes interview with the hiring manager the interview mainly focused on basic social and human skills while the HR rep tried to gather informations about the tools and work i can do as well as if i was bilingual
