The interview process was smooth. Managers are very kind and supportive throughout. Questions were behavioral, with a few questions asking you to walk through your experiences. As long as you know your resume in and out, you should be fine!
Two interviews, one 30 minute video call with my direct manager and then an hour panel interview with my direct manager and three others in upper leadership. Questions were mostly behavioral — leadership experience, conflict resolution, time management, project/research experience

Easy - friendly interviewers with manageable behavioral questions. Multi-stage interview process at about 30 minutes per interview. Interviews occurred in quick succession, and the process on the whole was relatively quick.
