Interview
Way too long of an interview process just to waste someone’s time and then tell them they haven’t been selected. Interviews consisted of 4 different interviews between 45-60 minutes each. Some interviews were casual to get to know you type of conversations and some were grueling/ highly questioning type of questioning conversations. By the time the 2nd or even 3rd interview is scheduled they should have a pretty good idea of whether you are qualified or not. They even state that you’d be great for this service area and that I could provide value to a team that is still not mature as I have senior experience but yet they still didn’t feel I was good enough. Their loss.

Interview
3 rounds of interviews. First was just a HR recruiter phone screening. Second was a video call with hiring manager and a supervisor where they asked about work history and behavioral questions. When invited to the third interview, was asked to pick one of four PM-related situational scenarios that were and to put together a short presentation on how to approach the scenario and provide a resolution. This was presented during the third video conference interview among a panel of 6 people where they then questioned how and why I got to the conclusions presented - there were not necessarily any wrong answers, just needed to take a PMP approach to the scenario chosen, The panel was intimidating at first but everyone was incredibly friendly .

Interview
I had FIVE interviews with the company, then I did not hear from them for over a week. I reached out to the HR contacts stating I was still interested but did not hear back until a few days later when they sent me an automated email on a Saturday afternoon they were pursuing other candidates. They should have been more respectful of my time.
