Interview
I sent in my resume to a staffing company, and they responded immediately asking me to come in for an interview. During the interview, I was informed that there was a position which they believed would suit me well, and based on what kind of job I was in the market for. The position is Site Coordinator. A week later, I interviewed with the Lash Group at the staffing company. The interview was somewhat informal, as only 1 person interviewed me (which I prefer), and she made me feel very comfortable. I knew ahead of time this would be a behavioral type of interview thus there would be situational questions so I prepped accordingly. Overall it went well, except I was stumped on one question that I didn't prep for and I had to think about it a little bit, but it wasn't a difficult question. The morning after my interview, the staffing agency called me to let me know the Lash Group wanted to extend an offer to me. The job is temporary and the pay is very low (esp compared to what I am used to getting paid), but it will be great experience, and will hopefully lead to either a permanent position or a better opportunity.

Interview
First call is from a Talent Coordinator. She ask you general questions. The official interview you come in and get interviewed by a manager or director. It's basic questions and nothing out the ordinary. You get notified pretty quickly if you get the job.

Interview
Received a call from a staffing agency. The staffing agency conducted a preliminary in-person interview and about 3 weeks later a second interview was conducted by someone affiliated with Lash Group. Usually these interviews last about 20 minutes each. The preliminary interview is just to go over your resume and let you know about the company. The description of the available positions are explained at that time.

I was asked general behavioral assessment questions like "Tell me about a time when you made a mistake..." or "Tell me about a time when you had to use your critical listening skills." Also, I was asked a question about what keeps me motivated when things are not going as planned. Basic answers should be sufficient to be hired as a contractor.
