Interview
You interview with the HR person or a program manager in a office. Its a quick 20-25 minutes process where you sit with one person and talk about problematic scenarios that could happen while working with patients, providers and insurance companies. Please be aware this job consists of being a telemarketer role as well. You are ALWAYS in-taking calls, like a call center.

Its very basic. Some limited problem solving "What would you do if a patient or provider called in upset." Obviously you would calm them down and help them every possible way and even apologize at every step of the way making them feel like they are right and you own up to the mistakes. Its a 20 minute process.
You will have a Panel interview with 3 people. Each person will ask questions pertaining to the roll of the position and each person will document your response. You will have to give your experience and provide examples of how you solved problems and what was the outcome.

There was only 1 interview with basic situation/behavioral questions. It was very easy and the interviewer was very nice. This process has since changed and you can interview with several people or a panel.

Pretty quick at the time, referral from a friend, two interviews with two managers at a time, one team each, basically placed you where the manager interviewing you wanted you on their team
