Terrible, unprofessional, unorganized. I was invited to interview and had already confirmed a date/time with the company. The internal recruiter then emailed me stating the invite was "sent in error" and they were still reviewing resumes and needed to wait for hiring manager feedback. The company never contacted me again after that.
