Phone interview with somebody from HR who knew very little about the internship. She asked some questions about previous experience, and if I had certain skills (Excel, Access, script writing, etc), and some questions about how I work in teams and manage time and resolve conflicts. I asked if she could tell me more about what I would actually be doing at the internship, and she didn't know. Overall I didn't interview very well because I didn't know what skills to highlight because I just didn't know much about the position (the job posting said "more information will be given in the phone interview").
