The process began with a screening call with one of the managers, which was well-organised and friendly. This was followed by an interview with the same manager, was professional, respectful, and engaged. However, the second stage with the hiring manager was disappointing—she joined the Teams call late without warning, seemed disengaged, and rushed through the conversation, the body language and the rude remarks she was showing was very shocking to me. Communication after the interview took some time, and overall the process felt inconsistent in terms of professionalism.
