I interviewed for a Field Reimbursement Manager role and went through three rounds, including preparing a detailed 30-minute PowerPoint presentation on a short timeline with little notice. On the day of that presentation, no one from the scheduled panel showed up at the agreed time. An hour later, another person — not originally involved — was brought in last-minute to conduct the interview.
While the early stages of the process were organized and the interviewers I met initially were professional, the final stage felt rushed and disorganized. In the days following, my emails to the recruiter went unanswered, and ultimately I received only an automated rejection email with no feedback — despite the significant time, research, and effort I had invested.
I understand that not every candidate can be selected, but when candidates commit substantial time and energy, timely communication, preparedness, and thoughtful feedback are the minimum courtesies that show respect for that commitment. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect the level of professionalism I expected from a company of this size and reputation.
