Pretty simple. Initial over the phone screen and then in person interview. Very relaxed, welcoming and calming environment. I can only speak to the residential side of this, but it’s definitely a great place to work.

Casual, easy. Group panel interview with the head nurse and the head therapist. Had to do a med math calculation test before- was able to use calculator. Was offered job right there. Interview was conducted at the residential house.
