In the interview, I was first introduced to the interviewer, who gave a brief overview of the company and the role. The conversation began with questions about my experience working in eating disorders, including my previous roles and how I managed various situations with patients. I shared my background working at an eating disorder facility and highlighted specific experiences related to patient care.
Following that, I was presented with several scenarios related to the position. These scenarios required me to explain how I would handle different challenges, such as managing difficult patient interactions, ensuring compliance with dietary protocols, and collaborating with other healthcare team members.
Towards the end of the interview, we discussed compensation, including salary expectations and benefits.

Easy, conversational interview. First interview with HR, then second interview with director of nutrition. HR interview was the basics. Second interview was more situational questions, but still not difficult. Nice people overall.
