I had an HR Interview first on the telephone lasting about an hour which looked whether I understood and met the job specification at core competency level. This included whether I fitted into the organisation. In addition there were questions to ensure that I had checked out the website and even business partner websites. This was followed by an interview with COO in person which was to ensure I understood the Project Lifecycle
