Interview
I recently went through the full interview process with Charlie Health, which was quite extensive and included multiple rounds. Throughout each stage, I received consistently positive feedback and felt confident about my performance. I was even asked to provide references, which were checked and also came back strong.
After completing everything, I was left waiting for about a week before ultimately being told they decided to move forward with another candidate. While I understand that not every process results in an offer, the length of the process combined with the level of positive feedback made the outcome especially frustrating.
It was also a bit confusing to have my references checked if there wasn’t strong intent to move forward, as that step typically signals, you’re a final candidate.
Overall, the team was professional and the mission is great, but I would encourage more transparency and clearer communication toward the final stages of the process, especially after candidates have invested significant time and effort.
Other Territory Manager Interview Reviews for Charlie Health
A recruiter DM’d me and set up an interview. It was super smooth and only about 30 minutes over Zoom. Great experience with the recruiter and every level afterward. I greatly appreciate the experience and look forward to a career with them in the future.
Easy to get past the initial screening, you then meet with the regional director. It seems pretty clear that if you don't fit the exact mold they're looking for they move on. Would have expected a bit more sincerity from a mental health company
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Charlie Health
Interview
Within one week I had 4 separate meetings, did a long behavioral assessment, and had to prep for a mock pitch (they give you the slides but you still have to learn them and present it like it’s real). It ended up taking a good amount of time outside of work.
The frustrating part was it felt like I was getting positive signals the whole time, but then the rejection came with basically no real feedback. Just felt like a lot of effort for not much clarity in the end.
