Here's what you can expect during your stay at the lovely Charlie Health:
-> Unrealistic quotas, leading to VERY high turnover (someone lasting in this role for a year is rare)
-> Toxic, fake positivity. Yawn-worthy "mission" statements when in reality the only mission is to make as much money and squeeze as much work out of employees as possible.
-> Passive aggressive Outreach team members harassing you to push people into the program because they (like many employees at this company) have unrealistic quotas to meet and are under a lot of pressure.
-> Tenured reps low/high key bullying newbies via passive aggressive (and straight up aggressive) posts in chats, guised as "friendly reminders". They assume you're going to mess things up for them with your newbie mistakes and they make no effort to hide their disdain for new people.
-> Horrible working hours (I had a 3PM - 11PM shift)
-> Expectations for you to borderline harass people who clearly aren't ready to move forward with getting treatment. (There's even a practice of reps passing their leads to other reps to call in an attempt to "trick" the person into picking up their phone after they've ghosted the previous rep. Genius idea. Cuz once they pick up their phone again they can't ever ghost us again, right?)
-> Unrealistic, stressful quotas. I cannot stress this enough. This is widespread across the company and if you pay close enough attention to reviews you'll see it. I could tell the recruiter who got me in as under an immense amount of pressure because she was super anxious during the process, and she was no longer there 2 weeks after I started.
