Pros

Coming from non healthcare operations working at Charlie Health has been incredibly rewarding. It's been cool to see how my day to day work helps kids access treatment. The founders do a good job exposing/connecting corporate employees to the mission and showing impact. If you're going to do operations, seems like no better place to do it then a high acuity mental health company where you make a meaningful impact.

Fully remote position. Amazing benefits provided for employees including a Wellness program. Great leadership within the company. The vision and passion every employee has shows in the quality of work. The company is a start-up but won't remain that way long as the need for services nationwide has provided exponential growth.
