Several rounds of zoom interviews including a mock presentation to sell the service to potential clients. Everyone I met was pleasant in the process. The major red flags were the frequent mentioning of “saving lives” and focus on how busy the job would be, how long the hours would be, etc. They seemed concerned I wouldn’t be able to handle the hours or like they were trying to determine if I was a mom or planned on becoming one soon. The offer I was given was extremely low given how demanding they made the job sound and my level of work experience.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Charlie Health (South Florida, FL) in Jan 2026
Interview
This was 4 step interview. Starts with a phone screening with a recruiter, zoom interviews with regional director and manager, as well as presented a mock pitch. Went through the role responsibilities and what they are looking for from candidates in this role.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What stood out to you about Charlie health’s mission? How did you prepare for this interview
I had an initial prescreen interview where their recruiter discussed my background experience. They passed my information on to another internal recruiter who conducted a virtual interview. For this interview, I had to create a presentation as if I was selling the company product. The interview was very short and I didn't get to ask any questions on my end. They ended up reaching out saying I did not get the position.

Why was I interested in a position with Charlie Health?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Charlie Health (Waco, TX) in Sep 2025
Interview
They reached out to me interested in my background then treated the process like a cold application and didn't give me any details. It required two ten minute initial calls that did not allow me to get into the details or find out if it's even worth my time exploring.
