      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Charlie Health in Jan 2024

      Interview

Meh.. It was just okay. I got a call from someone who was very nice, but the Zoom meeting is recorded and there was someone else on the call taking "notes".. I never seen that before, but anyways. She asked a bunch of behavioral questions and asked about availability and salary then sent me an assessment. The assessment was obnoxiously hard and unnecessary. It was matching difficult shapes and patterns. I completed that and then the next day got a rejection e-mail. If you base who you hire off an assessment, you all are missing out on some excellent candidates.
