Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and he set up 20 minute screening call. He did not bother to download my resume from my profile ahead of time and made me send it over after. He told me they have *five* separate recruiters recruiting for this one opening. He told me specifically that I would be talking to parents whose 11 year old child wants to kill themselves and to try and get them to pay to be in their program. He also told me I would have to sit through intensive group therapy sessions for onboarding purposes.
