I got a message from the recruiter that they were interested in me and after I didn't respond for ONE day, she messaged me and asked if I was still interested. Then I had a meeting with a peer colleague who did not know how to interview and was just reading questions off of a document. It was awkward. When I emailed and sent a thank you note, they said I would be hearing from them. I did hear from them...with an automated "thanks but no thanks" email. For a company that promotes mental health, they did not care about the employee experience and it showed.
