I applied online. I interviewed at Charlie Health (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2025
Interview
Had an interview with a recruiter, who asked basic questions (why I am interested in the role, my experience, background). Was informed of the next steps, which seemed VERY lengthy for such a low-paying/virtual job. The next steps included an interview with a board of staff, a role playing situation, case conceptualization. Was emailed pretty immediately with a blanket "no thank you" email, with no further explanation as to why they would not move forward with my application.
Overall, I am disappointed with the interview process for this company. The individual who "interviewed" me was a non-clinical professional. It feels unethical to have such an individual make decisions on hiring for clinical roles.

Question 1
What is your experience with biopsychosocial assessments?
Very quick corporate clinical interview. Didn't even ask me to introduce myself. And you must send clinical write up within 30 mins after interview. Turned down as top salary was 67.5 20 300 question assessments do each week
I went through a recruiter. The process was straightforward and easy. I did not get past the first round. I got rejected by the same recruiter who didnt even sign her name at the end. I wentout on a limb and asked why they rejected me because it really, really seemed like I would get it the way the interviewer was talking but I did not hear back
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Charlie Health (Lexington-Fayette, KY) in Jul 2025
Interview
The interviewer was kind, but was not able to answer all questions. The expectation was to work a significant amount of time in the evening. They run on Mountain Time despite the fact that you would see Kentucky clients.
