I was contacted by a recruiter and completed an interview. The interview went well, she mentioned that I'd be moving forward with a second interview, but not until I completed an assessment that would be sent. Understand, the role I was applying to I had, not only experience doing, but an extensive background in Behavioral Health, working for larger mental health systems, and hospitals, which was one of the reasons, they wanted me to move to the second round. The assessment had nothing to do with mental health, or anything related to the role. It was puzzles, and complex pictures. I'm assuming due to not getting the puzzles/imagery quizzes correct, I received that they were no longer moving forward with the second interview. This company is not on a mission to work with skilled professionals, that can assist their clients.
