The interview process was relatively simple. I met some Chewy recruiters at a career fair, had a phone interview, and was flown down to Florida for a day long in-person interview. After flying in to the Fort Lauderdale airport, I went to the Chewy offices and met a recruiter along with 3 other candidates for the Training Program. We were taken on a tour of Chewy's offices, followed by individual interviews with 3 Chewy employees. Following the individual interviews, the program candidates participated in a group interview with the head of HR. Several members of the Chewy recruitment team and the other program candidates met for dinner following the day of interviewing. My experience in the individual interview was very pleasant, and I was impressed by the friendly nature of most of the Chewy employees. However, I was very put off by some of the comments made by the head of HR, as were many of the other candidates.
