First was a phone interview, very basic background. Then a second phone interview, a little more about your style of work. Then a face to face with 2 people. This was nice to see the area and who you would be working with.
First it was a Phone screen with the recruiter. This was a standard first interview
Then hr manager interview was all virtual via teams. This was also a standard interview.

There were multiple interviews. The first being via phone with a recruiter. The next step in the process is a virtual video call with the hiring manager. After there is an interview with the department director. Finally a meet and greet.
