Interview
There are 3 interviews you go through. The first is a group interview and they ask basic questions like where do you see yourself in a few years and one of your greatest achievements. Then if you do well in the group interview, they’ll invite for a second one. The second interview is what I would consider the actual interview as they ask about your availability, work experience, etc. Lastly, the third interview is basically saying you got the job.

They asked me to explain my life story in 2 minutes.
They ask about your school, availability, and capabilities. And they tell you about having hospitality and that you need to say my pleasure and the position you applied for. And if u make it, they get u ready for orientation.

I've applied for 2 locations and had interviews there. It depends on the restaurant and the manager there for each since they're independently-operated. It takes 3 rounds, but you first meet the supervisor. However, you might meet the manager in first round.

Interview
The interview process included three separate interviews. The first was a basic screening focused on availability and general interest in the position. The second interview went more in depth about customer service experience and teamwork. The final interview was with higher-level management and focused on character, work ethic, and fit with the company’s values. Overall, the process was organized but thorough.

I explained how I stayed calm, listened to the customer’s concerns, and worked toward a solution while maintaining a positive attitude. I emphasized communication and professionalism.
