Semi informal, relaxed, friendly. The entire process was very comfortable. You interview with 2-4 people from the management team. It was a nice way to minimize anxiety from a 1 on 1 interview. There's a scripted interview process, but you really get the ability to let them know who you are. Overall the best interview experience I've ever had.
