The interview process took 6 weeks . 45 minutes with the recruiter, a zoom call with the recruiter . 45 minutes meeting the Sales Manager and other Sales Rep. Preparing a presentation and Mock sales call to present to the sales regional managers . All of this only to be put on hold for another 2 weeks and be told they chose someone with more specific industry background . Overall great to learn about the company, but this process was a complete waste of time . I feel taken advantage of, as they liked my sales strategies and ideas. They even stated how they would use this with their team, but didn’t offer me the role . Don’t make the interview process this long especially if you don’t plan on offering the role . I asked for feedback from HR on the interview process, but never received a reply .
