Interview
Lasted 5-6 weeks, 4-5 rounds. First messaged by HR person, to schedule phone interview with HR person (30 minutes). It was a standard verification of resume, timeline, salary expectations. Then HR person emailed to schedule Hangouts vid chat with team leader (30 minutes). It was more questions about experience, not really a technical interview. Then 2 back to back interviews with members of the team to gauge behavioral and critical thinking questions. Last round was in-person interview, with 2 more members of the team(again behavior/critical thinking), a powerpoint presentation, interview with team lead and interview with head of department. Overall it was a pleasant experience, even if I didn't get an offer. It did take awhile, around a week to get through each round. They're very concerned over fit. It seems like a good place for early 20s, interested in healthcare/tech.

Long drawn process. The HR is unresponsive in general and they lead you on until the very end only to say no.
They do not give you feedback when you ask for it, which sucks especially when you have put in so much time and effort.
Too many rounds and repetitive questions during the interview process and some of the interviewers seemed uninterested even before the interview started.
Travel reimbursement takes a very long time.
Overall- Below average interview experience.

Interview
I had an interview with an HR representative (about 30 minutes). Followed by a 45 minute behavioral fit interview with a team lead. Then I had another 45 minute behavioral fit interview with a team member. And then another 45 minute technical interview. There was a final in person interview, but I was not invited to it. In the technical interview they asked questions about data cleaning and a potential health model and how would you integrate a product into a hospital. I think the 3rd behavioral fit was unnecessary and the interviewer didn't even really know what to ask, he was just picking random questions from a list. I was asked the same question 4 times. This signals disorganization of the company. I followed up for feedback but was given the silent treatment, which was sad and rude. It only really takes max 10 minutes to provide feedback. I gave about 3-4 hours to interview + all the time I prepared for each interview, the research I did about the company and each product, the time spent reviewing on datacamp etc. I am grateful for the learning experience, but it was somewhat uncomfortable. One advice for the company: respect people, you are a healthcare company...
